If you believe there was an issue with one of your trades, you can contact our support team for review.
To help us investigate your case efficiently, please provide the following information when submitting your request:
- Position ID of the trade
- Trading instrument / symbol
- Date and time the trade was opened or closed
- Description of the issue you experienced
- Screenshot of the trade (if available)
You can locate your Position ID/ Order ID in your Challenge Dashboard under the Trades section or from your Trading Account (Liquid Charts) in your Trade History Tab. This usually contains up to 10-digit numbers.
Providing these details allows our team to review the trade accurately and escalate the case to the relevant department if necessary.
Please note that all trade reviews are conducted based on the platform logs and trading records.
