How To Locate Order ID's

Your Trade Order ID, typically a 9-digit number, can be found in various ways depending on the platform you're using. Below are the steps to locate your Trade Order ID both on your dashboard and mobile application:

On the Dashboard:

1. Using the 'List' Tab:

   • Navigate to the List tab on your dashboard.
   • Here, you will find your complete trade history, with the corresponding Order IDs displayed on the left-hand side for each trade.
     
     

2. Via the 'Account History' Tab:

   • Go to the sidebar and select Account History.
   • Click on the Orders tab to view your trade orders along with their corresponding IDs.
     
     

On Your Phone:

If you’re using the mobile application, follow these steps to locate your Trade Order IDs:

1. Using the 'List' Tab:

   • Tap on View. A pop-up will appear.
     
     
   • Select List from the pop-up.
     
     
   • You will find your Order IDs displayed on the left-hand side of the screen.

2. Via the 'Account History' Tab:

   • Open the sidebar and select Account History.
   • Tap on the Orders tab to see your trade orders and their respective IDs.
