KYC Process

As part of our commitment to compliance and security, clients must complete account verification after successfully passing the Assessment and Confirmation phases. Below are the details of the KYC process and instructions for completing it.

Challenge Types

Please remember that each challenge has different phases depending on its type, so make sure to select the challenge that aligns with your preferences. For more information, check out our article explaining the various types of challenges available.

Important Note:

Clients can purchase challenges without completing the verification process. However, to be eligible for the Funded by Sway, clients must successfully pass KYC verification.

Verification Steps

Before proceeding to the funded stage, clients are required to complete the following verification steps.

You will have the option to continue on your current device or switch to your phone.

  • Choose Your Country:

    A list of countries will be provided. Please select your country from the options available.

  • Upload Proof of Identity:

    • A Passport, Driver’s Licence, or National Identity card (both sides) are acceptable forms of photo identification. Other forms may be accepted, provided that they show your photo and are government-issued. The document must show your date of birth and a valid expiry date.

  • Undergo a Liveness Selfie:
    • You will be prompted to take a liveness selfie to confirm your identity.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions carefully to ensure a successful verification.

  • Residential Address:

    • Provide your current home address as part of the verification. Ensure that all details are accurate to facilitate a smooth verification experience.
  • Phone Verification:

    • Enter your phone number for verification.
    • You will receive a verification code via SMS.
    • Input the code to complete this step.
