To purchase a Sway Funded Challenge, individuals must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Not reside in any restricted countries.
• Fully understand the terms of our service.

Which countries are restricted?

Sway Funded LTD reserves the right to restrict access to all or part of the website and/or services in the future based on jurisdiction. Customers acknowledge and agree that Sway Funded LTD is not liable if their country becomes restricted or blocked.
