Payment via Your Credit Balance

If you already have funds available in your Sway account, you can easily use your existing credit balance to pay for a challenge. These funds can be used at any time to start a new challenge without the need to make an additional payment.

Follow the steps below to use your credit balance.

Step 1: Access the Funding Options

To begin, navigate to the top-right corner of the platform and click on the orange “+” icon.

This will open the funding section, where you can view all available payment methods, including cryptocurrency, card payments, and your credit balance.

Step 2: Use Your Credit Balance

If you have funds already credited to your account, the Credit Balance option will be available during checkout.

Simply select Credit Balance as your payment method when purchasing a challenge. The available amount in your account will be applied to complete the payment.

Please note that only the funds currently available in your credit balance can be used for this purpose.
