Help CenterTo open a position on Sway Charts (web) you can do it from the watchlist by clicking on the Bid or Ask.
If you would like to open a sell position, click on the "Bid" button.
If you would like to open a buy position, click on the "ask" button.
If one-click trading is active, once you click on bid/ask, the trade will be automatically open. If not, a pop-up will open to set the stop loss and take profit.
Once you are ready to place the trade, click on "send order"
Opening Trades on Mobile (Sway Charts)
Android - Sway Chart could be downloaded from the Play Store.
Apply the settings to your preference.
◇ Choose an asset, trade size, and click on buy or sell.
Once you select your asset and trade size, click on buy or sell. And your order will be executed.
If you want to change the order type, click on the trade button at the right top. Then you’ll be able to select from the drop-down menu one of the Order Types.
- Closing a position or modifying your ongoing position.
To close a position, simply click on it through your positions tab on web (or under the portfolio tab on mobile). And then just click on “close position” as shown below. You can also add take profit/stop loss if you click on modify.
