Sway Funded - Migration FAQ for Karma Prop Traders Clients

Welcome to Sway Funded! We are excited to have you onboard as part of our community. To ensure a smooth transition, please follow the steps and guidelines below.

1. Account Activation and Password Reset

Step 1: Password Reset and Account Activation

  • After the migration, you will receive an email from Sway Funded prompting you to reset your password and accept the Terms and Conditions. Please use the same email address that you previously registered with Karma Prop Traders.
  • Once you have reset your password and accepted the Terms and Conditions, log in to your new Sway Funded account. Upon your first login, you will be asked to:
    • Choose a username.
    • Submit your KYC (Know Your Customer) documents for verification.

Step 2: Account Activation

  • Once your KYC documents have been verified, an "Activate" button will appear on your dashboard.
  • Clicking "Activate" will:
    • Fully activate your account with Sway Funded.
    • Reactivate any ongoing challenges you had with Karma Prop Traders.
    • Process any pending payouts that were due to you from Karma Prop Traders.

2. Challenge Progression and Pay-outs

Pay-outs:

  • All payouts will be available for withdrawal immediately after your account is activated. This includes:
    • Payouts that were due but not yet requested with Karma Prop Traders.
    • Payouts from any challenges that were active prior to migration.
  • To withdraw your payouts:
    • Navigate to the 'Transactions' tab in your Sway Funded dashboard.
    • Click 'Request payout' under 'Your authorized payable balance from challenges' or 'Your authorized payable balance from refunds'.

Challenge Progression:

  • Phase 1 Traders: If you were in Phase 1 of a challenge, you will start fresh with your initial balance upon migration.
  • Phase 2 Traders: If you were in Phase 2 of a challenge, you will also start with your initial balance.
  • Funded Traders: If you were a funded trader:
    • You will be re-evaluated and moved back to Phase 2.
    • Any pending payouts will be processed before this change is made.
    • If you haven't yet recovered your initial challenge cost through payouts, we will refund the difference to restore your initial balance in Phase 2.

3. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

By logging into your Sway Funded account and completing the account activation process, you automatically agree to be bound by Sway Funded's Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions are available for review on the login page. Please read them carefully before proceeding with account activation.

4. Clients Unable to Complete Verification or From Restricted Countries

Refund Policy for Ineligible Clients:

  • If you are unable to complete the KYC verification process due to our internal verification policies or are located in a restricted country, and as a result, you are unable to access or use your Sway Funded account:
    • We will refund the initial purchase cost of your challenge.
    • This refund applies if you have not earned any profits that cover the initial purchase cost.
    • The refund will be processed once your ineligibility has been confirmed.

Steps to Receive a Refund:

  • If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to verification failure or country restriction, please contact our support team with the relevant details.
  • Our team will review your case and, upon verification, initiate the refund process.
