Payment method and process

Follow the process to start a challenge, once done, select Card.

1. Is the available amount of funds you currently have credited and can be used to start a challenge.
2. Once you have funds available you can use the option 'Use your credit to pay' to start a challenge.
3. The total amount of funds you want to deposit into the credit.
4. You can use Helio to deposit funds via Card.

You can also credit your account from the top right corner of the screen.

Payments via Card

Upon selecting "Pay with card," you'll be presented with a comprehensive summary of the payment process, along with a range of customizable options to ensure a seamless transaction before finalizing your payment.

You will have the option to select from USDC or Solana.

You will also have the option to proceed with the QR code.

When using Helio for the first time, you need to register using your email or Google.

You are required to input your email address and code, which is sent to your email inbox.

Helio on Sway Funded supports three payment providers: Transak, Unlimit, and Moonpay. Each provider allows you to purchase crypto with card payments, but they vary in terms of the countries they support and the fiat currencies they accept.

We advise clients to review these details carefully and choose the payment method that aligns best with their needs.

If you receive an error message stating that your country or state is not supported, kindly explore alternative third-party payment methods.

Make sure the funds deposited into your Helio wallet match or exceed the amount specified in your deposit request. Depositing less than the required amount may lead to transaction failure or delays.

Choose a payment method and click Add Funds

After clicking 'Add Funds,' you'll see the fees charged by the third-party service provider, the applicable rate, and the amount you will receive. Verify the purchase amount, choose your preferred payment method from options including:

• Visa or Mastercard (card payment)
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Cash App
• Bank Wire (note that the timeframe for wire transfers depends on your bank)

Proceeded by clicking 'Buy Now'.

Upon entering the code, you will be prompted to complete the KYC process and provide your card details.

To finalize your deposit, click 'Confirm' after adding your card. A pop-up notification will confirm that your order is being processed, and you will receive a confirmation email when the process is complete.

You can then choose to return to the app by selecting 'Back to App' or monitor your order status by clicking 'Track the Order.'

Topping Up Your Credits

After receiving the email confirmation and confirming that your funds are available in your Helio wallet, you have multiple options to successfully top up your credits. Follow the steps below to complete the process:

Start Challenge

If you haven’t purchased a challenge yet, click on 'Start Challenge' in the menu panel on the left-hand side.

Complete the Required Information:

• Select your trading platform.
• Choose the type of challenge.
• Specify the initial balance.
• (Add-ons are optional.)

Next, choose your deposit method, in this case, the 'Pay with card' option and enter the amount. Ensure that this amount is equal to or less than the balance available in your Helio wallet. Enter your email address associated with your Helio account, click 'Pay,' and a pop-up will appear for you to authorize the transfer.

Credits Tab

Log in to your Sway Funded account and click 'Credit' at the top of the page. Choose 'Top-Up Your Account Credit' to initiate a new deposit request. Select Helio as your payment method and ensure the amount matches what is shown in your Helio wallet. Enter your email address linked to your Helio account, select 'Pay,' and a pop-up will appear for you to authorize the transfer.

Transactions Tab

Locate the 'Transactions' tab located on the left-hand side of your Sway Funded account, and click on 'Top-up your account credit'.

Enter the amount, making sure it is equal to or less than the balance in your Helio wallet. Choose 'Pay with Card,' then provide the email address linked to your Helio account and click 'Pay'. A pop-up will appear for you to authorize the transfer.
