Help CenterAccessing your Challenge Credentials
Once you have purchased a Sway Funded challenge, you can locate your trading credentials by following these steps.
Log in to your account dashboard and navigate to the Challenges tab.

Locate Your Platform User
Your Platform User will be displayed within your challenge details. This will be your username when logging into the trading platform. -
Default Password
By default, your password is the same as your account username. -
Update Your Password
If this is your first time accessing the account, please change and update your password immediately before you begin trading.
For security reasons, always keep your credentials confidential and ensure your password is updated before starting your simulated trading activity.
Logging In to Your Trading Platform
TH Trader
You can access TH Trader directly through the TH Trader Web Platform.
- Open TH Trader.
- Enter your Platform User
- Enter your Password
- Select Login.
Liquid Charts Pro
- Open Liquid Charts Pro
- Select the server from the available server options.
The server you select should match the trading platform connected to your challenge.

- TH Trader account → TH Trader server
- Liquid Charts account → Liquid Charts server
3. Enter your Platfrom User.
4. Enter your trading password.
5. Select Next.
LCP will provide the option to set a passcode on the second page of the login process. Please note that setting a passcode is entirely optional.
