Help CenterThis article walks you through how to find your Order IDs and access your complete trade history in Liquid Charts Pro. Your Trade Order ID, typically a 9-digit number is easy to locate on both Web Trader and the Mobile App!
Locating Order ID's
- Via the 'Account History' Tab: Go to Account History in the sidebar.
- Using the 'List' Tab: Navigate to the List tab to view your trade history. Order IDs are displayed on the left-hand side.
Viewing Trade History
- Navigate to the Account History section in the main menu.
- You can view your Trade History under the list segment.
- Click the List Option to filter your Trade History.
Order ID's/ Trade History on Your Mobile App
- Navigate to the Account History Tab on the main menu.
- Tap View, select List, and find your Order IDs on the left side.
